Sattva Kriya Yoga
The new liberation comes from the silence within. The practice of kriyas is a type of himalayan kundalini, and its purpose is to move in the direction of evolutionary action. It pushes our boundaries, drops the ego, and moves us towards unity and love. Working with repetitions of breath, movement and mantra to activate every part of the body, and to find the strength to come into our truth. To raise our frequency into the boundless abundance of life.

"Cosmic" is the cosmos, the everything, the whole universe. All infinite potential. Our consciousness."Womb" is the space where a baby is nestled inside the mama, the uterus. Womb is a safe, comforting space. "Cosmic Womb" is the the womb of the great mother, the divine. It is where the unmanifest manifets into reality. A place of creativity. The COSMIC WOMB of the great mother is a place of deep creation, and we connect to it by allowing ourselves to come to a place of equilibrium. When we connect to our energy and tap into the cosmic field of love, we experience Love. Love is our awareness, the knowing of our experience is our consciousness, our awareness. The only thing we are ever experiencing is our own consciousness.Cosmic Womb was created out of the desire to create a nourishing space for women.
